“I am the founder & owner of SM Electrical Services, I started this business when it was just me, an old van, and some tools at the age 22 years old, to see how the business has flourished over the years is an incredible achievement in itself but to know that the business has grown naturally just by doing our best for each and every customer that comes to us which ultimately has lead to this growth, that is the real achievement as it proves we’re doing something right!

My favourite part of my job is certainly meeting so many new people and getting to know them, it makes the work we carry out just that bit more personal.”

“I am one of the fully qualified electricians in the team and I love the fact that all of our clients are always so lovely and respectful towards us and that makes it all the more special when the work is finally finished and they see the end result.

I'd say that my favourite part of the job is definitely finishing a job and seeing that the clients are over the moon with the finished article, it really makes all the hard work worth it.”

“I have been with the company from its first year of trading and I love the fact that the work we do requires us to pay extra attention to the details because once the job is finished and looks great, it gives me such satisfaction to know that, that is our work.

I'd say that my favourite job to carry out would be replacing consumer units because I enjoy making them as neat as possible.”

“I am one of the apprentices of SM Electrical Services and I love the fact that every job is different and requires patience and understanding to ensure the job is done correctly and to a really good standard.

My favourite part of the job is installing garden lighting as it completely transforms the space if its done correctly.”

“I am another one of the fully qualified electricians in the team and I love the fact that no two days are the same in this job, one day we can be installing sockets and the next we can be installing EV car chargers.

My favourite part of the job is the vast amount of knowledge and experience I gain pretty much every day due to doing such a variety of different work.”

“I am the newest member of the SM Electrical Services team and originally my background was security systems but when I saw the opportunity to work at SM Electrical Services I had to take it and I haven’t looked back, everyday I’m learning something new.

I'd say for sure my favourite part of my job is when we come up against challenges and obstacles, once we over come them it not only gives us that feel good factor but also extends our knowledge for if we ever come up against that same issue in the future.”
