An older consumer unit, for example, does not automatically need replacing because of its age alone. Its condition, protection and suitability should be considered.
The same careful approach applies to lighting, sockets, kitchens, garden rooms and other domestic electrical work.
If walls, floors or ceilings need to be accessed for new cable routes, this will be explained before the installation begins.
Our team leaves the immediate working area tidy after completing the electrical work. Plastering, decorating and wider making good are not included unless agreed separately.
